CJI NV Ramana: so now you have a problem with EVMs?

Sharma: I am only on law

CJI: We will see

Sharma: please list it before upcoming assembly elections

Adv ML Sharma mentions before Supreme Court:

Imposing of EVM Machines for voting is unconstitutional. I’ve filed petition along with evidence on record. Please take it on Monday or Tuesday

CJI: so You don’t want EVMs?

Sharma: I’m with Law, I don’t want to go against the law.

Sharma: section 61A of Representation of People Act under which its imposed is not part and voted under Parliament today.  Elections have started, please have before that.

CJI: let me see, otherwise i will list before another Bench.
