ASG: Railways is not concerned about rehabilitation, that's local authority's business.

Adv Nanavati: Before HC they had said that Railways will have some rehab policy

Justice Khanwilkar: Where is that railways policy?

Adv Nanavati: Mr Gonsalves' client had produced with one of the IAs

SC: Where is it?

Nanavati: It's not a part of the record.

SC: You are coming before the SC. You should have some responsibility. You should submit documents. The adjournment is causing delay in projects. We'll hold people personally responsible.

Nanavati: HC had given liberty.

SC: Sir, HC order is in appeal before us.

Nanavati: HC has allowed petitioners to approach the state. Under the policy, state is responsible?

SC: You corporation allowed encroachment, how is state responsible?

Nanavati: it's Railways

SC: But it's the local government's responsibility

Nanavati: Give me short date for Monday.

Nanavati: 2018
