$20 Trillion Lawsuit Filed By US Against China For Using COVID-19 As A Bioweapon

UNITED STATES: American lawyer Larry Klayman has filed a USD 20 trillion lawsuit against China for the creation and release of the novel coronavirus which originated in the Chinese city of Wuhan which has now been spread in 189 countries and infected more than 334,000 people and killed more than 14,500, as per the latest statistics available on the website of the World Health Organisation.

A class action suit was filed in the United States of America (USA), claiming that COVID-19 virus was released by the People's Republic of China from an illicit bioweapons facility in Wuhan. The lawsuit, filed in a Texas District Court, USA, claims punitive damages totalling $20 Trillion in U.S. dollars. The Chinese Government, its military (including the Major General) and the Virology Wuhan Institute are all being tried jointly and severally as joint torture factor.

In this civil suit, China and its agencies are allegedly responsible for the development and release of COVID-19 virus, whether accidental or otherwise. It is suspected that this is a biological weapon, released from the Institute of Virology in the city of Wuhan, recklessly or otherwise, in violation of China's obligations under international treaties. For allegedly releasing COVID-19, claiming that "biological weapons have been outlawed since at least 1925," damages have been sought from China.

Klayman and the plaintiffs also alleged that Chinese doctors and researchers who spoke out about Coronavirus and “raised the alarm to the outside world internationally” have been “silenced”. They added that such was the desperation of Major General Chen to save herself from the virus that she injected herself and six members of her team with a potential vaccine that was yet to be tested.

They also alleged that allthe defendants worked together to perpetuate "world terrorism."

The American plaintiffs have also asked for a jury trial against the Chinese defendants.
